The Lower Level includes:

• Family Room with kitchen and bar
• 4 bedrooms with views and 3 baths, all bedrooms have large walk-in closets.
• Entertainment Room - The entertainment room is a fun room. Not only do you have weights and a wifi tread mill to workout, we also have 2 TVs and an area for the kids to play the x box 360 kinect. To top off the room we have a disco ball for fun.
